Quality Care

At NHC we believe that involvement from our families play a key role in the over all care that the resident receives. We offer a Family Orientation within the first week of your loved one's stay. This is an informational meeting that gives you an opportunity to meet the staff and ask questions. By the end of the second week you will receive an invitation to attend a Care Plan meeting. This meeting will provide you a progress report on the resident's rehabilitation. Our goal is that the resident be able to return to their home in the community when possible. Your loved one will be assigned their individual Social Service Representative to assist in the communication of services and discharge planning.
